Profile
XL series screw type sand gravel washer can clean and separate soil and sundries in sand and stone, it has a novel seal structure, adjustable overflow weir plate, and reliable transmission device, to ensure cleaning and dehydration effect. It is widely used in highways, hydropower, construction, and other industries for washing, sorter, and removing impurities. Wash fine and coarse-grained material, especially suitable for building and road construction.
Working Principle
When the XL Screw sand washing machine works, the motor drives the screw to rotate slowly through the reduction of triangular belt, reducer and gear. The sand stone enters the feeding groove and rolls under the drive of screw and grinds to each other. At teh same time, water is added to form strong water flow, and impurities and foreign bodies with small gravity are taken away in time, abd discharge from the overflow outlet wash tank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand is carried away by the blade, and finally the sand is poured into the discharge through from the rotating screw to complete the cleaning of the sand.
